There is no need to contact us if your flight is delayed; we will be there to meet you whenever you land, at no additional charge. How do I find my concierge at the airport?

Your personal concierge will be waiting in a prominent position just after you disembark the aircraft, before the VOA and immigration counters. They will be holding a professional sign with your name clearly displayed. You cannot miss them. This ensures your VIP experience begins the moment you step into the terminal, providing immediate recognition and peace of mind.

Is the Fast Track service guaranteed?

Our Fast Track service leverages established relationships with airport authorities to provide expedited passage. While it is successful in over 99% of cases, its availability can occasionally be subject to unforeseen airport security protocols or directives from immigration officials. In the rare event the dedicated lane is unavailable, our concierge will still personally guide you through the process as quickly as possible.

Do your chauffeurs speak English?

Yes, all our chauffeurs are proficient in English. They are selected not only for their expert driving skills and intimate knowledge of Bali’s roads but also for their communication abilities and professional demeanour. They can assist with basic queries and ensure your journey is comfortable, but their primary focus is on providing a safe, discreet, and smooth transfer to your destination.

Can you provide certified child seats?

Please specify the age and weight of your children during the booking process so we can ensure the correct seats are fitted in the vehicle prior to your arrival. This service is complimentary.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that travel plans can change. We offer a full refund for cancellations made more than 48 hours before your scheduled arrival time. For cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours, a 50% charge applies. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable, as the resources for your transfer will have already been allocated.

Can I book a transfer for a large group or with excess luggage?

Certainly. We can accommodate groups of any size with multiple vehicles or larger-capacity vans. If you are travelling with oversized luggage such as surfboards, golf bags, or diving equipment, please inform us at the time of booking. This allows us to assign the most appropriate vehicle to ensure all your belongings are transported safely and securely.

Is the price per person or per vehicle?

All our pricing is per vehicle, not per person. The quoted price for a Toyota Alphard or Mercedes V-Class covers the transfer for the maximum number of passengers that the vehicle can comfortably accommodate, along with their luggage. This provides transparent and excellent value for families and small groups travelling together.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) through our secure online payment gateway. For corporate clients or for multi-leg journey bookings, we can also arrange for payment via bank transfer. All payments are processed securely, and you will receive an official receipt upon confirmation of your booking.

Can I request a specific stop on the way to my hotel?

Our Bali VIP airport transfer service is a direct transfer from the airport to a single destination. This ensures efficiency and timeliness. If you require multiple stops, such as to a currency exchange or a convenience store, we recommend booking our vehicle on an hourly charter basis instead. This provides the flexibility to tailor the journey to your specific needs.
